One thing I read recently was, ketosis repels mosquitos. What that means is, when your body has consumed less sugar (usually restricted to 25 to 100 g of carbs per day, which varies for each individual), you produce an organic compound called ketones. This naturally occurring organic compound changes your body's pH and chemistry. Ketones reduce the fruity sweet attractive body odor that mosquito’s love! Mix all the ingredients in a spray bottle and swirl! That easy! You can spray it on your body and clothes before venturing outdoors, going for a hike or heading out to BBQ!
